This short story was an absolute delight for me to read. I thought by looking at the cover I could guess what it would be about. (No, I didn’t read the synopsis.) Alison surprised me completely by writing this book in the first person, a Dom person. I rode right along with Sandy (the Dom) as he tries to figure out what that new girl in leather wants at his club. I am totally “Team Sandy” now. Alison completely covers the bases by subtly introducing characters in a scene that are brought to mind later. Everyone is important. Every detail ties together. It’s like I am right there, seeing as she describe it. The scene Sandy eventually get to do is HOT! No real surprise. This book took me from zero to completely turned on in 23 pages. This hot little number is something you should definitely get if you enjoy BDSM erotica.

This is a short novelette by Alison Tyler. I am a big fan of Alison Tyler and short sexy reads so this book was probably gonna be a win for me. It was, but even more so because I read this book in anticipation of Those Boys, of which a blog tour is coming soon (and I am on it!). My review for Those Boys will be up July 19th. Those Boys comes out July 21st.
